Money back assurance


There are situations in which we do reimburse the money you have paid. We require a deposit to guarantee your hotel and surgery booking. The remainder needs to be paid after the consultation and before the surgery.

Medical indications


Once you have arrived in Kuala Lumpur and in case the intake consultation reveals a situation whereby it is medically not advisable for you to undergo the treatment, we will refund the total amount you have paid minus our administration cost and the hotel cost you will make during your stay here.
Our initial assessment of you is thorough and precise only if you provide us with accurate information. For this purpose we ask each and every customer to fill our Medical Questionnaire so that this matter can be avoided.

Payment


Down Payment/Deposit


In order to make a reservation we will ask you to pay 20 % of the total package price when we make the booking for you. This is to confirm all bookings with the hotel and for the surgery. Down payment must be made via bank transfer to our bank account in Malaysia and in local currency only. The balance can be paid with your credit card (optional) directly to the Medical Centre once you are in Kuala Lumpur.

OTHER CONDITIONS


Your health


Through the medical questionnaire you have revealed any medical situation that may prohibit surgery. It may be the case that you have a condition whereby a straightforward surgery is not possible. Please inform us about this In that case we will ask our surgeon to contact your surgeon about that condition so that a program can be developed allowing you to have the desired surgery here in Kuala Lumpur. It may require a more extensive stay as normally required and may also incur some extra costs of which we will inform you.

Passports and Visa


It is your responsibility to make sure all your travel documents when entering Malaysia are valid and correct. Usually no visa is required for European and US clients, although you must ensure that your passport has at least 6 months validity before entering Malaysia. We will inform you about any special requirements before booking.

Travel Insurance


We require you to take out travel insurance, so that you will be comprehensively insured for your travel to and in Malaysia. Your insurance will cover you in the unlikely event that you have an accident that is unrelated to the surgery or treatment you receive whilst in Kuala Lumpur.

Medical malpractice


Please note, that the clinics and surgeons in Malaysia are comprehensively insured and will be solely responsible for settling any medical malpractice claims, under Malaysian Law

Additional charges


Where you request additional services whilst you are in Kuala Lumpur, that you did not specify on your application form, these will chargeable in Kuala Lumpur. We will present you an invoice in Kuala Lumpur, before we ask you for payment.

Extensions


In case you would like to stay longer, or if your recovery requires it, we can help you to change your ticket for the return travel, and sometimes a minimal charge applies. We can extend your hotel stay for as long as necessary and you will be charged accordingly.

Unforeseen hospital expenses


We specifically describe what the medical package entails for a straight forward surgery. However sometimes you may be requested by the surgeon to remain for an additional day which you will have to pay directly to the hospital administration.
